Milk & Cookies -
Simple. Just the way I like it. Normally, if I want chocolate cookies, it is due to an immediate desire for chocolate. Resulting in the purchase and preparation of a set of break and bake cookies with chocolate chips. It's true that I'm not even bother not with the cookie dough log ... too many problems. It's the kind of pre-cut for me, so I must not lose more time.
But I realized that I've never done based biscuits with chocolate chips from scratch for the site before. In fact, I'm not even sure if I've ever makes from scratch at all ... other than these pumpkin pecan those chocolate chunk. So this should obviously be corrected ... now. This is something that I love this site. Give me a lot of excuses to bake sweet stuff.
These are the ingredients. I loooove looooooooove looooove brown sugar.
Someone wants to stop here and get a spoon?
No. No, we must have fleas. And many of them.
Use an ice cream scoop and you can get your cookies out of the same size when they cook.
When they 're done, let them cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Whoops ... dropped one. Okay, so it was more like ten. (Smiles innocently)
What to do? What to do? Why eating right next to the tray while they are still warm and gooey and melty, of course. Continue until you are sick. It is the best way.
All that is left after the desire is satisfied, you can store an hour later, when you finish the rest with a large glass of milk.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
flour 2 1/4 cup all-purpose
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 salt
1 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips
you did not think that I will stop trying you, is it?
All you need for them is ice cream and sprinkles.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
flour 2 1/4 cup all-purpose

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, flour, baking soda and salt mix with a whisk and set aside.
- with a mixer, beat butter and both sugars until smooth.
- beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour mixture in two additions until combined.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.
- Use a mini ice cream scoop to drop cookie dough on a parchment covered cookie sheet about 2 inches apart
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
- Tip: .. halfway through the cooking, sprinkle reserved chips over cookies. This is just to make them pretty well, some chips are visible on top.
- Makes about ??. (I ate too much before I intended. But tens to fail.)

- Cut cooled cookies with a circular cutter for small sandwiches, more uniform. Or just use cookies au naturale . Anyway, always good.
- Place a small scoop of ice cream on a cookie. Then place another cookie on top of ice cream and gently press together.
- Roll the sides in a small bowl of noodles if desired.
- Make eating immediately before and melt.
