Cupcakes Black Bottom -

IMG_5154

Chocolate and banana cupcakes with a cheese topping with banana cream.

Yum!

IMG_4792

And with a lot of mixed chocolate chip, too.

But anything with chocolate shavings mixed automatically moves the yumminess a notch, right.

For the filling ...

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg and banana together and then stir in fleas.

Go in there small. Get nice and cozy.

For the cake layer, you will need ...

The flour, cocoa, sugar, bananas, soda, salt oil and vanilla.

Sift dry ingredients, then add the wet. Easy as pie. Or Cupcake.

Plop. mashed bananas look a little gross, right?

God thank you all mixes.

I used this beautiful parchment paper molds. (Found at Hobby Lobby)

And I too used these freestanding muffin cups. (Found in cakeart.com)

Why? Because I'm undecided. I can not have mentioned it before, but I have a problem making decisions. Even something as simple as cupcake liners. It seems that I can never cook all my cupcakes in the same newspapers. (Unless I take them somewhere of course.) I know. Rather strange. But I can never decide to use or worry that I made the wrong one and I have not chosen will look better. So I'll have a few options in there to satisfy my stress.

But anyway, when you are ready to fill your folders, simply use a scoop to get uniformly filled the papers.

Fill with chocolate first.
