Peanut Butter Cookies
These cupcakes are so good and they were the best way to use all the peanut butter eggs of Reese I have found ......... Except that I can not stop eating them myself. Help!
Reese's Eggs
Reese always seems to make an appearance around the house at Easter and Christmas ... ... and Valentine's Day. Almost every day there is a reason to celebrate. I would certainly say that they are my go to candy.

But these cookies are jam Packed with more peanut power.

creamy peanut butter and chopped peanuts round these cookies.
Cookie Dough
The dough is to die.
Use a cookie scoop to the cookies of equal size. Place dough on dug a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Then roll each ball in the chopped peanuts and sugar and cook away.
Do not worry, you will not be waiting long.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • powder 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla coffee
  • 12 oz peanut butter cups Reese bag, cut into small pieces. (Note: I used about 15 egg sized snack)
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and hob line with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
  3. in a mixer the butter and sugar until fluffy, about two minutes.
  4. Stir in peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture and mix on low until combined.
  6. Stir chopped peanut butter candy and half the chopped peanuts (remaining reserve)
  7. Use a cookie scoop to put the dough on a baking sheet a couple of inches.
  8. Roll the top of each ball in the reserved sugar and peanuts.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove, let cool and enjoy
