Cupcake Bites Made Easy! -
Okay, I think the guys will love this. But the hatred I don, AOT have better pictures to show you. This is for all those who wanted to make Cupcake Pops but didn, AOT feel to the task. They are based on the Red Velvet Cake Balls I, AOVE done before. These Cupcake Bites are just as cute and Don, AOT need a cookie cutter shape. But you will need a candy mold. They are easy to find though. In fact, here, AOS link. So instead of lollipop sticks, you can pack them in small boxes and wrapped with ribbon.
So if you, Aore a cake for the first time baller / small cake popper, you may want to start with a cake mix and ready-made frosting. (These proportions work well for me every time.) Then you can try with your cake and frosting favorite recipe once you see how the proportions and texture should come out. Here, AOS what you do:
Easy Cupcake Bites
1 cake mix box (bake as directed on box for 13 x 9 cake)
1 box cheese frosting cream (16 ounces)
1 package chocolate bark (or bottom candy cupcake background)
color Melts candy (top cupcake)
Mold Cup candy
Sprinkles and m & ms for decoration

- After the cake is baked and cooled completely, crumble into a large bowl. (The texture should be fine / fluffy)
- With the back of a large spoon, mix with cheese 1 box cream frosting. (It may be easier to use fingers to mix together, but be careful it will get messy.)
- mixing roll into quarter size balls (make sure they are of smaller diameter than that of your mold candy) and lay on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
- Chill in the freezer for a few minutes, until slightly firm, not frozen.
- Melt the chocolate bark and candy melts in the microwave according to the package instructions.
- with a spoon or squeeze the bottle, fill each mold cavity with a small amount of chocolate. Sorry, I think didn, AOT to measure how much. But as soon as you fill the cavity, go ahead and place one of your balls rolled in it. Gently push down until the force causes the chocolate to raise and fill in around the sides of the ball. You may have to experiment with a couple to get the right amount. Stop pushing once the chocolate reaches the top edge.
- Place the mold tray full of cupcakes in the freezer for a few minutes to let the chocolate set. Remove and gently pull up to release ball cake mold candy.
- Now, holding the bottom of the cake, dip the top in another color of melted chocolate.
- decorate.
- and no doubt impress your friends and family.
